0.6 Assessment model (how you will be evaluated)

You will be assessed on whether you can:

• identify risk accurately (including grooming and coercive control patterns)
• respond correctly to disclosures (especially indirect or partial disclosures)
• escalate and report properly without private investigation
• record facts cleanly and promptly
• implement boundaries immediately (contact restriction, supervision, online limits)
• maintain fairness and disciplined speech (no rumour, no retaliation, no panic)
• show a clear repentance/accountability posture where wrongdoing is disclosed

Your work must be practical: “what you would do” and “what you would say”.
