Certificate of Episcopal Consecration of Bishop Ashley R. Deutschmann
This certificate records the episcopal consecration of Bishop Ashley R. Deutschmann, also known by the episcopal name Mar Theophilos, in Sofia, Bulgaria, on Pentecost Sunday, 24 May 2026.
The consecration was conferred according to the received Western Catholic rite for the Ordination of a Bishop. The rite included the laying on of hands by the consecrating bishops and the prayer of consecration, with the intention of consecrating Bishop Ashley to the historic episcopate and committing him to the ministry of teaching, sanctifying, and shepherding the People of God.
