Make this website comfortable for you
The Accessibility button is available at the bottom of every page. You can enlarge text up to 200%, increase spacing, choose a plain font, make links more distinct, hide photographs, pause motion, and use a reading guide. The guide can be moved with a pointer or the keyboard slider.
Read aloud and natural voices
The Accessibility panel includes Read aloud, with voice, speed, pause and stop controls. It lists the voices that your browser makes available, including voices supplied by your operating system or an online speech service. Private form answers are excluded from page reading. If a voice you installed is missing, refresh the page after installing it or close and reopen the browser.
On Windows, open Settings → Time & language → Speech → Manage voices. On macOS, open System Settings → Accessibility → Read & Speak → System voice → Manage voices. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices. On Android, open Settings → Accessibility → Text-to-speech output. The exact options vary by version and browser, and the Mission cannot control which voices a browser exposes.
Accessibility and Get help each have their own minus button. Minimise either to an icon circle and use its plus button to restore the label. A separate Back to top button returns to the start of the page.
Keyboard and assistive technology
Use the Skip to content link to move past the navigation. Forms have named fields, instructions and linked error messages. Dialogues can be closed with Escape and return focus to the control that opened them. You can use your browser’s zoom and your own assistive tools.
Our standard and continuing work
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA and go further where this makes the website easier to use. Automated checks alone do not establish accessibility. We continue to test keyboard use, contrast, zoom, reduced motion and complete journeys. We do not claim independent accessibility certification.
